This is not your typical Wynter Daniels story. This is a heart and gut wrenching, true to life story that grabs you in from the beginning until the end. I read it in one sitting, once you start you won't be able to put it down until the end. Just make sure you have some tissues nearby-you'll need some. Kitty Murphy is a 40 year old single mother (the father of her child told her she was good for sex but not acceptable to be his wife since he was affluent whereas she wasn't). She kept her son, Josh, and raised him by herself (her parents disowned her). She put herself through school, became a hairdresser and eventually opened up her own salon - Kitty Kuts. Her employees are also her friends and she is always trying to help people out if she can. Her son Josh, is a 22 year old crack head who has gotten his girlfriend Brooke pregnant. He has stolen from her to keep up his habit and when he finds out she's pregnant he said he is going to straighten himself out. He's such a smart and handsome boy and loves his Mom and Brooke. Harrison Wentworth III, who is a developer comes into Kitty's shop for a haircut. He's bought quite a few buildings on her block already and tries to talk her into selling her place too. Needless to say, she told him to get lost. Also, she doesn't trust rich men. He comes back and also invites her on dates. He's just so attracted to her, besides being pretty, she's also her own woman and so independent. He doesn't give up!! He is so compassionate and will do anything for her. He helps her out with some family matters that will just melt your heart! Even though there is heartbreak in this story, there is also hot romance and humor. It's a story that everyone will love and can relate to. I loved all the characters in this story, they and the story is so down to earth! I so highly recommend this story and if I could I would have given it 10 stars-that's how good it is.
